User Feedback
Overview
This module allows mini program and mini game developers to view user feedback and product suggestions submitted by superapp users. Superapp admins and operators can also access complaints related to these mini programs and mini games.

Super Admin/Platform Admin/Superapp administrator/Superapp operator: Have access to User feedback module, with permissions to view feature exception, product feedback, feedback logs, and complaints.
Superapp senior developer/Superapp developer/Mini program administrator/Mini program senior developer/Mini program developer/Mini program operator: Have access to User feedback module, with permissions to view feature exception, product feedback, and feedback logs.
User feedback
Go to the user feedback page and view the data. Click the tab bar to switch between different types of feedback.
Users in a mini program team with feedback permissions can access information on feature issues, product feedback, and feedback logs for their team's mini programs and mini games.
Users in a superapp team with feedback permissions can view similar information for mini programs and mini games bound to their team, including complaints.
Super admins and platform admins can view all the information.
Note:
Feedback logs are stored for 30 days and can be downloaded. Logs can be deleted but cannot be recovered once deleted.
