Feature Description

When this parameter is set to OFF (default), if --log-bin (binary logging feature) is enabled, only users with SUPER privileges can create stored functions or triggers, and these stored functions or triggers must ensure they do not compromise binary logging.
It should be noted that if all sessions connected to this server consistently use (row-based binary logging), then there are no security issues, and the binary log will not be compromised; therefore, it is safe to set this parameter to ON.
