Feature Description

This parameter is used to enforce that tables must contain a primary key and prevent the primary key from being accidentally removed. When set to ON, all newly created tables must define a primary key, and existing primary keys cannot be removed via ALTER TABLE statements. Attempts to violate these rules will result in an error.
