Partners must provide the following materials to verify the authenticity of their overseas entity:
The business entity must have been registered for more than 1 year, with primary operations in IT, cloud computing, or related industries.
Legally valid company qualification documents (e.g., business license) and a verifiable corporate email address for official business communication.

Overview
The bank statement must be an official summary of financial transactions occurring within a given period for your enterprise's bank.A bank statement corresponding to the company name.
The bank statements provide account information including:
beneficiary account name
beneficiary account number
beneficiary bank name
beneficiary bank swift code
one year period of incoming and outgoing transactions such as withdrawals, transfers, and deposits. At least three transactions within the past year (not all within a single month), with a total transaction amount exceeding $10,000 USD.
Bank statements may be physical or digital, depending on your bank and preferences. They're available online through most banking apps or online bank accounts, or may come via post or email.
