Issue
Some users may receive an access denied error message when visiting Taobao through Tencent Cloud Virtual Machine (CVM). An example is shown below.
On a CVM instance
Causes
Taobao has put restrictions on some external APIs, which result denied access.
Solutions
The following solutions are recommended.
1. Report this fault to Taobao.
2. As a workaround, you can change the public IP of your CVM. For more information on how to do this, please see Changing Public IP Addresses.
