Its products cover such fields as logical thinking, Chinese knowledge, and programming. It leverages various means like small live class and AI-enabled interactive class, and combines multidimensional methods like heuristic guides, animations, games, and amusing teaching aids. Business Challenges

• The customer's teaching scenario is mainly one-to-many small classes. During class, teachers and students perform frequent audio/video interactions, which imposes high requirements for the audio/video latency and lag rate.
• The customer integrated multiple vendors' audio/video services to implement high service availability, so it required easy SDK integration and complete support services.

Solutions

• The TRTC SDK is used to quickly integrate TRTC capabilities into both teacher and student clients. TRTC provides online services with a low latency and lag rate and a high stability.
• While using multiple RTC services to conduct classes, teachers can also leverages Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) to pull and record the streams of all students, which can be replayed for class quality inspection.

Customer Benefits

Through quick integration of TRTC, the small class stability and availability are greatly improved, with the overall audio/video supporting costs reduced. The combination of TRTC and EKS helps the customer get rid of the original complicated splicing and recording processes for more efficient class recording. In addition, the out-of-the-box EKS service further lowers the costs during peak hours of recording.
