Note:
If you are a customer of a Tencent Cloud partner, the handling rules for product resources under an overdue account are subject to the agreement between you and the partner.

Must-Knows

To avoid impact on your business, renew yearly/monthly subscription instances promptly or enable the auto-renewal feature, and ensure sufficient account balance.
Pay-as-you-go resources are billed hourly and settled postpaid. Charges are deducted on the hour. Ensure sufficient account balance.
Within 24 hours of becoming overdue, CVD instances remain available for use and continue to incur charges. After 24 hours, CVD instances will be isolated. Isolated instances cannot be accessed and stop incurring charges. If your CVD instance is not renewed within 7 days (including the 7th day) after service suspension and isolation, the system will release the resources within approximately 24 hours after the 7-day suspension period. Data in the CVD instance will be cleared and cannot be recovered.
When a CVD instance is no longer needed, make sure to promptly delete/refund it to prevent further charges.
