Expiration Warning | Tencent Cloud resources will send expiration warning messages to users within 7 days before resource expires. The warning messages will be sent via email and SMS to the creator of the Tencent Cloud account, global resource collaborator, and financial collaborator. |
Overdue Payment Warning | An overdue payment alert will be sent on the cloud resource expiration day and after the expiration. The Tencent Cloud account creator and all collaborators will receive such notifications via email and SMS. |
Recycling Mechanism
The system starts sending renewal reminders seven days before the expiration of cloud service resources.
If your account balance is sufficient and automatic renewal is enabled, the resources will be automatically renewed on the expiration date.
If your TBaaS blockchain network service is not renewed before expiration (including the expiration day), the system will suspend its service at the expiration time point (disconnect from the network and shut down the device, retaining data), and the TBaaS blockchain network service will enter the recycling bin.
From the day after expiration to 7 days after expiration, you can still renew and restore the device in the recycle bin.
Notes:
The renewal cycle start time of the renewed instance is the expiration time of the previous cycle.
If your TBaaS blockchain network service is not renewed 7 days after expiration (including the 7th day), the system will start releasing resources at 0:00 on the 8th day after expiration. Data in the expired server will be erased and unrecoverable.
