Enhancing User Experience

Cloud Automated Testing (CAT): Leverage a globally deployed monitoring network to simulate real user scenarios and perceive user experience in advance.
Application Performance Management (APM): Understand and track application performance in real time to enhance user experience.
Real User Monitoring (RUM): Get real-time insights into user usage to improve the page browsing experience of users.
Performance Testing Service (PTS): Simulate real business scenarios of a large number of users to comprehensively verify system availability and stability.

Locating Application Performance Bottlenecks

With continuous business growth, business logic becomes increasingly complex, leading to growing difficulty in analyzing and locating application performance issues, which poses huge challenges for monitoring and Ops. Specifically, complex dependency relationships between applications make sorting difficult, long call links increase the difficulty of troubleshooting and locating issues, and complex API and database call relationships result in high management difficulties.
Solutions:
Enable self-service discovery based on application topology to locate performance bottlenecks.
Accurately simulate large-scale business access scenarios to help users identify application performance issues in advance.
Compare key performance metrics to optimize application performance.
Configure alarms based on metric change trends to promptly detect exceptions.

Container Monitoring Scenarios

Prometheus is the best monitoring tool for container scenarios. However, self-building Prometheus is too expensive for small and medium-sized enterprises with limited Ops manpower, while it often leads to performance bottlenecks for large enterprises with rapid business growth. Therefore, cloud-hosted Prometheus has become the preferred choice for an increasing number of cloud-based enterprises.
