Billing Overview

Last updated: 2024-12-24 19:19:53
This document describes the bandwidth package types, billing modes, and use cases supported by Tencent Cloud EIPs.

    Bandwidth Package Types

Tencent Cloud currently supports EIPs with various line types, including general BGP IP, dedicated BGP IP, static single-line IP, and accelerated IP. After using Bandwidth Package, you can add EIPs with the same line type and network egress in the same region to a single bandwidth package for sharing its network resource. The network overhead and operational costs can be reduced compared to separate billing of multiple EIPs.
The line description, billing modes, and creation description for Tencent Cloud Bandwidth Package are as follows:

    Billing Modes

    Pay-as-You-Go

Pay-as-you-go is a postpaid elastic billing mode. You can activate bandwidth package instances as needed and pay based on actual usage without prepayment. This billing mode is suitable for scenarios such as E-commerce flash sales where the device demand fluctuates significantly. The unit price is higher than that of monthly subscription.
Pay-as-you-go bandwidth package instances support upgrading and downgrading configurations.
Multiple billing methods and settlement cycles are supported to adapt to various business scenarios.

    Use Cases

Each billing mode supports multiple public network billing methods, which are suitable for different business scenarios. You can select an appropriate billing method based on your business scenarios as follows:
