1. Background
This module is applicable only when you are utilizing the Tencent Cloud Video on Demand on EdgeOne (hereinafter referred to as "Function"). This module has been incorporated into the Data Processing and Security Agreement located under DPSA. Any terms used but not defined in this module should have the meaning ascribed to them in the DPSA. In the event of any conflict between the DPSA and this module, this module shall prevail in respect of such inconsistency.
2. Processing
We will process the following data in relation to this function:

Configuration Data: Application configuration (Application name, Application description), Third-party bucket configuration (Storage service name, Storage region, Bucket name, AccessKey, SecretKey), Domain configuration (Edge security acceleration platform site name, Domain, Acceleration scope) | We process this data solely for the purpose of providing you and your end users with this function.<br/>Please be aware that this data will be stored and backed up in our Cloud Database MySQL (CDB) function.<br/>Please note, if you use the distribution acceleration service provided by our function, your third-party bucket configuration data will be shared with our Edge Security Acceleration Platform function when you authorize us to provide this service. |
Audio and Video Content Data (in third-party buckets): Object name, Object size, Upload time, Object content (Audio, Video, Image) | We process this data solely for the purpose of providing you and your end users with this function.<br/>Please be aware that this data will be stored and backed up in our CDB function. |

5. Data Retention
We will store personal data processed due to this function, as detailed below:

6. Special Provisions
You must ensure that the end users of this function have attained the minimum age to consent to the processing of their personal data. This requirement may vary depending on the jurisdiction of the end user.
Please note that we will only collect, process, store, or otherwise access the content generated by the end users of this function (hereinafter referred to as "UGC Content") as per your instructions. You declare, warrant, and commit that you (i) bear full responsibility for the use of this function and UGC Content by the end users (including compliance with any relevant provisions related to UGC Content); (ii) ensure that the end users do not directly or indirectly transmit any UGC Content related to our provision of this function to Tencent, unless in compliance with any applicable laws; and (iii) always use this function and/or integrate this function into your products, services, or platform (if applicable) in compliance with any applicable laws.
This function is not intended for the processing of sensitive data. You must ensure that neither you nor your end users utilize this function for the transmission or any other form of processing of sensitive data.
You declare, warrant, and commit that when it is necessary to process the personal data of the data subjects related to this function (including for the provision of this function) (if applicable), such as media files, you will obtain and maintain all necessary consents provided by the data subjects in accordance with applicable laws, so that we can comply with the requirements of applicable laws. You agree to indemnify Tencent for all claims, liabilities, costs, expenses, losses, or damages (including incidental losses, loss of profits, and reputational damage, as well as all interest, penalties, legal and other professional costs and expenses) resulting directly or indirectly from a breach of this requirement, ensuring Tencent is held harmless.
