TDMQ for CKafka launches the one-click diagnosis function. This feature enables active troubleshooting of cluster issues and potential risks, and provides problem resolution based on Tencent Cloud Expert experience. It automatically summarizes health check results and generates reports. The one-click diagnostic capability can extract key information, locate issues, and offer professional resolution recommendations for users, achieving closed-loop operation and maintenance experience.
Restrictions and Limitations
Only CKafka Professional Edition Instance supports the one-click diagnosis function.
One-click diagnosis can only be performed once per day. If the diagnosis count is used up, the immediate diagnosis button will be unclickable. Please use the diagnosis count reasonably.
Operation Steps
1. Log in to the CKafka console.
2. Select instance list in the left sidebar, click the ID of the target instance to go to the instance basic information page.
3. Select the Intelligent Ops tab on the left side of the page, then choose the One-Click Diagnosis sub-tab. If this is your first-time use of the one-click diagnostic capability, you will see the following page where you can perform the following operations:
Click the Immediate Diagnosis button to start diagnosis directly. The diagnostic result will show on the page when finished.
Enable partition traffic skew. Once enabled, it will perform skew judgment on the production and consumption traffic of partitions under the selected Topic. The judgment rule is: within a specified time period, the total traffic of production/consumption messages in a single partition exceeds the specified ratio of the average value across all partitions in the Topic.
Traffic rules: Set the time range and skew ratio for partition traffic skew diagnosis.
Time range: Support within 30 minutes, within an hour, within 3 hours, within 6 hours, within 12 hours, and within a day.
Skew ratio: The percentage by which the total traffic of production/consumption messages in a single partition exceeds the average value across all partitions in the Topic. Supported range: 10% - 100%.
Topic objects: Topics to be diagnosed. Select up to 10. The diagnosis will retrieve the TOP 10 partitions by traffic and compare them with the average.
Enable Auto-Diagnosis. Once enabled, it will automatically trigger a diagnosis once at the specified time each day and generate a diagnostic report. If you modify the diagnosis time and the current day's diagnosis has not been triggered yet, auto-diagnosis will trigger at the modified time. If the modified time has passed, no diagnosis will be triggered that day.
4. After the diagnosis completes normally, you can view the latest and historical diagnosis results on the page. When the diagnosis result shows an exception, you can click Download Report on the right of the Immediate Diagnosis button, or check the report under the Latest Diagnosis tab. Proceed with the necessary fixes promptly based on the detail and diagnostic suggestions targeting risk items in the diagnostic report to ensure business proceeds normally.
