The service items of Tencent Real-Time Communication (TRTC) are divided into two major categories according to the service type: monthly subscription and pay-as-you-go.
Monthly subscription: TRTC launched prepaid packages on March 7, 2023 (UTC+8), unlocking different value-added service features for different applications (SDKAppID). Call monthly packages, Conference monthly packages, Live monthly packages, and RTC-Engine monthly packages are provided, and you can choose an appropriate prepaid package for your business scenarios.
Note:
Monthly package subscriptions support automatic renewal. By turning on Automatic renewal, you are agreeing to the recurring subscription renewal of the Services.
For your convenience, TRTC will be automatically deducting the relevant renewal fees from your account, credit card, debit card or through any other payment methods that you have previously provided to us in the signing up of your account or purchasing of the services. You can cancel and opt-out of such automatic renewal at any time. In that case, payment will be terminated following the expiry of that current subscription term in which you opt out of the renewal.
Pay-as-you-go: TRTC defaults to prepaid package billing. When the service usage cannot be deducted by the package or exceeds the balance of the prepaid package, it will be billed based on pay-as-you-go according to your actual business usage.

Monthly subscription
TRTC Call (TUICallKit) is a call component that comes with a UI kit. You can use it to implement features such as one-to-one/group calls, multi-platform call making/answering, and offline call push.
TRTC Conference (TUIRoomKit) is a component that comes with a UI kit designed for multi-person audio and video conversations in various scenarios such as enterprise meetings, webinars, and online education. By integrating this component, you can easily add features like room management, member management, microphone management, and screen sharing to your application in just three steps within a day. This allows you to quickly launch your business online.
TRTC Live (TUILiveKit) is a component that comes with a UI kit. You can use it to add video interactive live streaming scenarios to your application with just a few lines of code, significantly reducing your development workload.
Starting from March 7, 2023 (UTC+8), TRTC has launched new RTC-Engine Monthly Packages (Free Trial edition, Lite edition, Standard edition, and Pro edition). These packages can unlock various value-added functional services for different applications (SDKAppID).
The monitoring dashboard charges in a flat-rate subscription mode, supporting room call survey, real-time monitoring, and data dashboard features.
Pay-as-you-go
Audio and video duration is a fundamental billable item for TRTC. There are three specific application scenarios: audio call, video call, and interactive live audio/video streaming, and all the three scenarios can be billed based on audio and video duration (Video duration usage is priced according to the total resolution of the subscribed video).
Note:
10,000 minutes free package per month: All Tencent Cloud accounts with TRTC enabled can receive a package of 10,000 free minutes every month. For more details, refer to Free Minutes.
For accounts registered before February 21, 2023 (UTC+8), the free duration package can be used to offset the duration generated by audio and video calls, interactive live streaming, and on-cloud recording.
For accounts registered between February 21, 2023 (UTC+8) (inclusive) and July 25, 2024 (exclusive), the free duration package can be used to offset the duration generated by audio and video calls, interactive live streaming, on-cloud recording, and mixtranscoding.
For accounts registered on or after July 25, 2024 (UTC+8), the free duration package can be used to offset the duration generated by audio and video calls, interactive live streaming, on-cloud recording, mixtranscoding, recording delivery to Tencent Cloud, recording delivery to third parties, page recording, and Live video streaming viewers.
After the free 10,000-minute package given each month is used up, you need to unlock the postpaid feature by purchasing a monthly subscription package, otherwise the service will become unavailable.
The recording feature includes three parts: On-Cloud Recording, which records audio and video streams within a TRTC room in the cloud, Web Page Recording，which mixes the contents of the page and audio from any browser, and Recording Delivery, which delivers the generated audio and video files to the specified storage product.
MixTranscoding is a paid feature launched by TRTC and can be used to process multiple upstream audio and video streams through image mixing, audio and video transcoding, and repackaging. Relay to CDN is the process of publishing the audio and video streams in the TRTC room to the live CDN, enabling the audio and video streams to be played on regular live players for viewing.
Video Screenshot Upload supports the SDK's automatic screenshot upload feature. Screenshots can be used for third-party review, setting cover images, and other scenarios to meet user needs.
Conversational AI Services enable natural and fluent real-time voice conversations between humans and Large Language Models (LLM).
Speech-to-Text supports the recognition of audio streams from specified users or all users in a TRTC room, converting them into text (Speech-To-Text, STT) and outputting the results.
Real-Time Speech Synthesis converts any text into natural, fluent speech in real time, enabling speech synthesis capabilities.

If you have agreed on other billing methods with your business manager, follow the terms of the contract.
