In order for you to better experience the Live features, we provide a 14-day Live trial edition for free. Each SDKAppID can be tried twice for free with a 14-day validity period for each trial, and up to 10 SDKAppID can be tried under one account.
You can refer to the following guidelines to activate the trial edition of Live.
1. Log in to TRTC Console, select Create application.
2. In the creation popup, enter an application name, select Live, and choose the appropriate data storage region, then click Create to complete the creation of the trial version.
Note：
The real-time audio and video service data will be stored in Singapore by default, while instant messaging service data will be stored in the data center you select.
3. After activating the trial version, you can peek at the information on the current page, where SDKAppID,SDKSecretKeywill be used in the following steps.
Purchase the official editions
The utilization of TUILiveKit necessitates the purchase of a Live Monthly Package, details regarding the pricing and feature comparison of the Live Monthly Package can be found in the Live Monthly Package Billing Explanation.
1. Visit the Live Purchase page, select the Application (SDKAppID) and Live Package you want to purchase. At the same time, we recommend you to enable Auto-renewal to avoid affecting business use. After confirming the purchase information, check the agreement content and click Subscribe now.
2. Go to the order confirmation page to confirm the product information.
3. Go to the payment page to complete the payment. Once your purchase is complete, you can go toTRTC Console to view application edition information and refer to the Integration Guide for integration.
Renew the official edition
Refer to the process of Purchase the official editions to buy the same version of the Live monthly package again, you can complete the renewal. Please make sure to select the correct SDKAppID when renewing. It is recommended that you renew for Live by opening the automatic renewal. When the account balance is sufficient, it will automatically renew monthly after expiration.
You can also click Renewal directly on the console.
The specific steps for the console to turn on automatic-renewal are as follows:
1. Access TRTC Console > Applications, select the application you want to enable auto-renewal for and click the Manage button to enter the application details page.
2. In the Live product information, click the Enable auto-renewable button, a confirmation pop-up will appear, click Enable.
