Description
In a call flow, use Collect Input Action to prompt user to input a sequence of digits, such as a postal code or account number. There are two ways of collecting input: 1). Number of Digits: user can enter an exact number of digits (e.g. postal code, account number). Hash key(#) can be used as terminator. 2). Range of Digits: user can enter a series of digits within the specified range. Hash key(#) can be used as terminator
Operation Steps
The collection of numbers during the call can be achieved by configuring the number collection module in the self-service IVR, as shown below. For details, please refer to the Self-Service and the multi-feature IVR module Collect Input Action.
